Andrea discovers yoga as a child thanks to his mother and years later he meets a friend and teacher of hatha yoga with whom he will begin his studies. He practice hatha yoga sivananda for several years until finds ashtanga yoga, which will become his daily practice for more than ten years. He continued his ashtanga studies in Mysore, India, going to the KPJAYI several times and studying in Italy with Dona Holleman. The interest for the practice, body and movement leads him to deepen both the anatomical side through different studies in massage, functional training and mobility, and the more traditional part, deepening meditation, philosophy and history of yoga and Buddhism.
Today Andrea, always passionate about studying body and mind, practices and teaches daily, sharing the things learned over the years with students, taking them on a path of improvement from the most beginner level to the most advanced ones.
His motto is “Function before form”.
