18歳からヨガやボディーワークセラピーを始め、クンダリーニヨガ、マーシャルアーツ、ハタヨガやラジャヨガを経験。
ハタヨガ、ラジャヨガをバルセロナのアルクイミアセンターで6年間トレーニングを積み、ﾏｯｻｰｼﾞｾﾗﾋﾟｰとﾀｲﾏｯｻｰｼﾞを学びました。
2002年にチェンマイで伝統的なタイマッサージの技術を身につけ、コパンガン島でヨガも指導。
また、ボディセラピーに対しても熱心に学ぶ。
また、ロルフナウジョカットをはじめ世界で活躍するアシュタンガ正式指導者のもとで練習を重ね、これらの経験を経て、現在アシュタンガヨガをメインに指導。
2008年バルセロナでアシュタンガヨガのアシスタントをし、その後、台湾の病院でヨガセラピストとしても活動する。
アレーシの知識はアシュタンガに留まらず、アイアンがヨガも学び、バルセロナでは友人のセバスチャンと共にヴィンヤサヨガのトレーニングを行なう。
現在バルセロナに在住し、アシュタンガヨガシャラでクラスを担当しています。
Aleix has been practicing Yoga and doing bodywork therapy since he was eighteen. He has practice Kundalini yoga, martial arts, Hatha and Raja Yoga. He had take a 6 years training in Hatha and Raja Yoga in “Alquimia Center” in Barcelona and learn massage therapy and Thai massage. During this time he has participate extensively and teaching in Yoga festivals all around Europe, especially in Spain, Finland, Sweden and Portugal. In 2002 he took a training in Traditional Thai massage in Chiang Mai, in the Famous school “Old medicine hospital Shivagakomarpag” and taught yoga in “The Sanctuary” in Koh Pan Ghan. Aldou his love for body therapy is enormous, his real passion way has been the practice of Yoga, which had lead him to practice with many teachers all around the world. Among other styles of yoga his main practice is Ashtanga Yoga in the tradition of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. His main teacher is Rolf Naujokat, a senior certified Ashtanga Yoga teacher. He had practice also with Nick Evans, Elena Figarola, Peter Sanson and Hojung Audenaerde, all authorized Ashtanga yoga teachers among others. Aleix has been assisting Hojung Audenaerde in the Ashtanga Yoga Shala Nilayam Barcelona during the 2008 season in Barcelona. In 2009 he spend a year teaching in Taiwan, and he had the opportunity to work with yoga therapy in the Adventist Hospital of Taipei with Dr. Wei. Aleix knowledge of Yoga is not restritcted only to the Ashtanga practice since he has take courses and practice extensively Iyengar yoga with Sharath Arora in the “Himalayan Yoga center” in Goa (India). And did a training in Vinyasa Yoga with his friend Sebastian Arbondo in Barcelona. Aleix is actually living in Barcelona and teaching in CasaAbhyasa ? Ashtanga Yoga Shala of Barcelona.
